How long have you attend FBC Holton? I came to this church in 1980.

What is your favorite book of the Bible and why? Romans theme is the basic gospel. Ephesians helps us understand who we are as followers of Jesus and God’s purpose for our lives, & the body of believers.

What is your favorite Bible verse and why? It depends on the leg of the journey I’m walking at the time. Right now I’m learning more and exercising my “Trusting in the Sovereignty of the Lord” muscles.  Proverbs 19:21
In the Bible there are examples of others who exercised their “trusting” muscles – Abraham, Mary (Jesus’ mother), Joseph, Daniel, and more. Also Ephesians 3:20.

What is one blessing you have seen while serving in your role? New friendships!

If you could choose one person from the Bible to be, who would you choose and why? Many have qualities to be emulated. How do you choose?
Honestly just being the person He has created me to be is who I should choose –   and walk that out.

What is something fun/unique about you that others may not know? I’ve taught over 1,500 kindergarten students. I love to take an idea and figure out how to bring it to reality. I’ve taught kids to TP. TPing is a dangerous sport. Oh, and I’ve climbed Mt Fuji.
