How long have you attended FBC? Lee Ann began attending in 1980. Les began attending in 1982.

Which service do you attend? Both

Married: 42 years

Occupations: Les was a farmer and retired as an American Family Insurance agent. Lee Ann is a retired kindergarten teacher of 37 years.

Are you from Holton? If not, where are you from? Les grew up on a farm in Hoyt, KS. Lee Ann grew up in Troy, KS and went to college in Arkansas at John Brown University.

What is your family’s favorite activity? Good coffee in the morning, music in the background of life, & time with our kids & grandkids & friends, & traveling. We are enjoying the Read through the Bible plan Pastor has encouraged.

What is your family’s favorite season? Holiday season. The gathering together and the food.

When the kids were in 4H, it was 4H fair season. It was hectic!! But there were so many good things, and stories that came from it. Now the Grands are beginning the family’s 4th generation in 4H.

What is your family’s favorite tradition? Gathering together. We eat, laugh, tell stories & sometimes we get around to playing games. Les & I enjoy our Life Group. They gather 2x a month. We’ve been meeting over 7 years. So that makes it a tradition, doesn’t it?
