John is the Teaching Elder for FBC Holton.
He was born in Kansas but spent most of his growing up in Southwest Missouri. He is married to his best friend Vanessa, and together they have been blessed with four children: Abbey, Madison and her husband Jonathan, Lindsey, and Eli. He now has the great joy to be called Papi by his two granddaughters Elizabeth and Charlotte.
John has a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State and an MDiv. from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
His greatest desire is to bring honor and glory to Jesus and to love others as Christ would love them.
He enjoys being with his family, doing life with his church family, sports, and being outdoors hunting and fishing.
